Wardogs publishes your match state to Steam Rich Presence — the same mechanism that shows "+$150 Profit" next to a friend's name in your friends list. This just reads that for yourself, polled every 2 seconds. The exact value the game reports — no misreads possible.
Everything is saved to plain CSV files on your own machine. There's an optional opt-in to share match summaries so other players' stats are visible too — off by default, and you're told exactly what's sent before you ever turn it on.
